At Le Jardin Retrouvé, we want you to be completely delighted with your olfactory experience. If your purchase is not quite right, we accept returns of unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery.

  Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization and the correct return address.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully place the items in their original, unopened packaging and ensure they are well-protected to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship Your Return

  Send your package using a trackable shipping method; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

• 4.
  Processing & Refund

  Once our atelier receives and inspects your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
